ISI was founded to manage complex claims (Property and Liability), also dealing with the management of common claims. In this regard, it has set-up dedicated teams, each of which is capable of providing an appropriate level of response, for every requirement.

The professional development of their Expert Collaborators is guaranteed through a structured training programme lasting one year, with six-monthly assessments of learning, conducted in the classroom and through field experience, before they embark upon their career path.
